Took jewelry in to have revamped. I explained what I was looking to have done with a necklace, loose sapphire, and earrings and smaller stones. Robin took a couple hours with me to get the layout of the earrings correct. She also gave me different $ on other metals, etc.
Next week, the necklace was shortened as I requested. Week after that, the sapphire had been mounted. Simply waiting on earrings now. That’s the shopping part. The store itself is very inviting. Atmosphere gives off welcoming vibes. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
